Christie is a founding owner of Bay Reporting Service, Inc. since its inception in 1984 and is its sole owner since 2006. Her court reporting career began in Green Bay, Wisconsin in 1978 upon graduation from the Court & Conference Reporting Program at Gateway Technical Institute, Kenosha, Wisconsin. At Gateway, she was selected for the Students Tutoring Students program through which she mentored a deaf student.
Christie has a wide range of reporting experience in the freelance field, the Wisconsin Circuit Court and the United States District Court. She holds the titles of Certified Shorthand Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter, and Registered Merit Reporter. She served a two-year term on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Court Reporters Association and has held continuous membership in the state association and the National Court Reporters Association. Christie was selected by her peers to be a representative of freelance reporters at conventions. Her reporting experience has focused largely on medical, technical, labor law, asbestos and patent lawsuits in the deposition setting, daily copy trials, real-time depositions and providing real-time for the hearing impaired.
Christie has participated in Career Day presentations and serves as a mentor to students and recent graduates to promote the profession of court reporting. She has performed pro bono deposition work and volunteered to transcribe veterans’ war experiences through The Veterans History Project in conjunction with the United States Library of Congress. For many years, she has been a member of Grace Circle of Kings Daughters, a service organization, serving as its secretary.
In her leisure time, Christie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, downhill skiing, bike riding, and cooking and entertaining.

Carla began her freelance court reporting career with Bay Reporting Service in 1993 upon graduating from the Court & Conference Reporting Program at Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland, Wisconsin. Carla is a Registered Professional Reporter and is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Wisconsin Court Reporters Association. Carla is also involved in the student mentoring program and has participated in career workshops designed to recruit high school students to the profession of court reporting. Carla's career has involved reporting technical and medical depositions, daily copy trials, arbitrations, and public meetings.
During her leisure time, Carla enjoys taking scenic motorcycle rides, traveling, taking long walks, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her grandson.

Carrie began her court reporting career with Bay Reporting Service in 1985 after graduation from Gateway Technical Institute in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In 1988 Carrie relocated to Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and worked as a freelance reporter in the Milwaukee area for 13 years. In 2002 Carrie returned to Green Bay and Bay Reporting Service. Carrie is a Certified Shorthand Reporter, Registered Professional Reporter, and a member of the Wisconsin Court Reporters Association and National Court Reporters Association. Carrie has mentored students through the WCRA Student Mentoring Program, covered depositions under the WCRA Pro Bono Program, as well as transcribed recorded interviews of World War II veterans through The Veterans' History Project.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, attending her kids' sporting events, cooking, and reading.
